Refund Policy

We want to be straightforward about refunds. As a general rule, all purchases are final. This page explains the limited circumstances in which we issue refunds.

1. General Policy

All purchases made through Tebstack — including monthly subscription charges and one-time AI credit top-ups — are non-refundable as a general rule. We clearly display all pricing before you commit to a purchase, and our free tier allows you to evaluate the platform before spending anything.

We do not issue refunds for change of mind, unused portions of a subscription period, or unused AI credits within an active or cancelled account.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation, but no refund is issued for the remaining days in the period.
  • Downgrading your plan mid-cycle does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the difference.

3. AI Credits

AI credit top-ups are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once issued to your account, regardless of whether they have been used. Monthly credits included with subscriptions expire at the end of each billing period and are not redeemable for cash.

4. Exceptions

We may, entirely at our discretion, issue a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:

  • Platform error. A verified technical failure on our side caused you to be charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or resulted in a significant and documented loss of service.
  • Service outage. An extended, unplanned outage that materially prevented you from using the Services during a paid period — evaluated case by case.
  • Special circumstances. Other situations we judge to be fair and reasonable at our sole discretion. We aim to treat every request honestly and with good faith.

Refund exceptions are evaluated individually. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet the above criteria.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at billing@tebstack.com with:

  • The email address associated with your Tebstack account.
  • The date and amount of the charge.
  • A brief description of the issue or the reason for your request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
