- Will Tebby make up an answer if it doesn't know?
- No. Tebby is built to say plainly when it is unsure and escalate to your staff instead of inventing an answer. Never fabricating is a product rule, not a tone preference, because a confident wrong answer about a purchase costs you the customer.
- Can I put the chat widget on my own site?
- Yes. The chat widget is an embeddable script you drop into your own site, so Tebby answers wherever your customers already are.
- Can I change Tebby's name and avatar?
- On the Pro and Max plans, yes. You can give the assistant your own name, avatar, and accent color so it reads as part of your store rather than a third-party bolt-on.
- What does it cost to run?
- AI usage is metered in credits, so you only pay for conversations that actually happen. The Free plan includes a one-time 500 credit grant, Pro includes 2,000 credits per month, and Max includes 8,000.
